[Users] ET website down

Hello all,

I seem to have brought down the ET webserver (with some IO error).

Currently there is no ETA when it will be back.

A static version of the website (so "Documentation" does not work for
example) is available here:

https://einsteintoolkit.bitbucket.io/

Note that the server being down means that the ET tutorial hub signup
https://etkhub.ndslabs.org/hub/login also currently does not work.
