[Users] Number of levels.

Dear Users,

I am running, 
repos/ctthorns/CT_MultiLevel/par/constraints_spherical.par. When I set 
refinement levels to 5 (in .par file) it's running and without any error 
gives outputs only up to 3-refinement levels. why not five refinement 
levels? I am working on 8GB RAM. No killing is shown.
