[Users] Snowmass 2021 Letter of Interest

Dear all,

We have prepared a letter of interest (LOI) to be submitted to the 
Computational Frontier (CompF) of Snowmass 2021 entitled "Numerical 
relativity for next-generation gravitational-wave probes of fundamental

Snowmass is similar to the US Astro2020 Decadal Survey, although the 
process is a bit different. For more information

LOIs are the initial step in the process to help coordinate the writing 
of White Papers on different topics whose focus will be particle and 
high-energy physics enabled by current and future facilities (funded or 
unfunded).

If you would like to support the LOI, could you please add your name, 
affiliation, and your email in the author list in the alphabetical order 
at the end of the document?

If you have any comments on the document, could you please send them to 
us instead of editing the document yourself?

The document will be open until Sunday, 29 August, and submitted to 
Snowmass soon after.
