[Users] BBH Example: Compiler issue on SimulationTools/Mathematica

Dear Roland,
Yes, that worked.
I noticed my windows machine didn't have any c compiler at all. I installed
the visual studio compiler through Visual Studio 2019, and now
SimulationTools works perfectly using it.
