[Users] TmunuBase requires Exact thorn in ET_2020_05?

Hi. I just did a fresh download of the latest stable release, "Turing"
(ET_2020_05), and during an initial minimal compile, I had a failure during
the "parsing schedule files" stage -- see below.

Should EinsteinBase::TmunuBase be requiring EinsteinInitialData::Exact? It
doesn't show up in the dependencies of TmunuBase, I don't recall it being
true in previous releases, and I don't normally compile Exact.

(More generally, should *any* thorn in EinsteinBase depend on other
Einstein***** arrangements?)
