  * SPEC benchmark contribution task<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2470> [RH, SB]

           No updates so far, the ball’s on SPEC’s side.

  *   Release planning [ZE]

          1 month to release. No major red flags in clusters. We encourage people to report if there’s any problem with the ET developer’s version so it can be fixed before the release date.

  * proposal to enable presync in gallery parfiles [RH]

          All gallery testers should add presync mode = mix error, this should be safe for the gallery tests.
          Roland will add to the gallery tickets the needed parameters.

  * proposal to update gauge settings in TOV<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2175/test-single-stable-neutron-star-example> example to be more typical [RH]

          Gauge settings are currently taken from the paper, it would be better to change it to the BNS one. Peter will work on this.

  * proposal to add release team mugshots to ET website credits page<http://einsteintoolkit.org/maintainers-credits.html>

            People agreed to change the website in every release with the mugshots of the release team.

  *   Release testsuite status<http://einsteintoolkit.org/testsuite_results/index.php>

  * POWER status<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2413/include-power-code-to-extrapolate>: Maria will test POWER’s updated version.

     * Python3 support in simfactory<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2335/switch-simfactory-to-use-python3> : Python 3 is working so far no problem.

     *   gallery examples:

                     BBH<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2172/test-binary-black-hole-gw150914-example> [SB]. In progress.
                     Poisson equation<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2173/test-poisson-equation-example> [MG]  Succesful
                     TOV<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2175/test-single-stable-neutron-star-example> [PD] Succesful
                     BNS<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2176/test-binary-neutron-star-example> [AK] will have it by next week
                     Multipatch<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/2174/test-multi-patch-scalar-wave-equation> [BG] Will have it by next week.

  * bugs of severity major or worse

            no major bugs so far.
            ticket #2524 ZENODO’s site should be updated with the current ET grant in the coming release , [SB] There’s a 3 day window to ask changes in the ZENODO site before the page becomes permanent.

  * all open tickets<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues?milestone=ET_2021_05&status=open&status=new> flagged for the next release

          #2488 Steve suggested to go back to tarballs because some repos might not exist anymore. Roland has a collection of Tarballs with some old releases that might be useful to solve 2488. They could be stored in bitbucket like the gallery example data.

  * unanswered question on mailing list<https://www.einsteintoolkit.org/tools/unanswered.php> / open tickets sorted by update time<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues?status=open&status=new&sort=-updated_on> / tickets ready for review<https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues?status=new&status=open&sort=-updated_on&q=Please%20review>

Roland will reply to Francesco.
