Roland sent the email to SPEC people on 12-August, now awaiting their
response.


* Search for next ET release manager [RH] Roland: Will be emailing
people to convince them, Yosef and Helvi will be helpers. The previous
release managers will [mostly] be available to help.

Some repositories may have access restrictions that will get sorted as
the release goes through.


* FLRW solver review : Roland: Email by Hayley M. Reviewer is Helvi W.

The repository is in good shape already. Has documentation and test
cases already present.

* kuibit review : Yosef will review. Atul will let them know in a week
or two whether he will be able to review at least partly.

Roland : Numerical issues with intel compilers. Maybe the data is only
marginally well behaved. Roland will reply.

Ciarfella’s Error running single star simulation :

Roland: They possibly have an old simulation around, hence going into
output-0002 instead of 0000. Yosef might contact since both are at
RIT.

#2554: init_3_timelevels produces nans on past timelevels of the
initial slice

Yosef: The problem seems to be only on the
buffer zone, however VisIt shows it to be on the entire simulation
(which could be a visit issue).

Following this meeting Wolfgang Kastaun gave a talk on a new EOS
framework for ET and  discussed RePrimAnd. This was the first entry in
the expanded ET seminar / discussion / tutorial series following the
requests from the ET workshop July-2021.
