[Users] North American Einstein Toolkit summer school day 1 recap

Hello all,

the first day of the virtual North American Einstein Toolkit Summer
School 2021 is over and we were very happy to see so many particpants
and exciting presentations.

More than 130 participants joined Helvi Witek's lecture on Numerical
Relativity, and more than 100 students took part in Steven R. Brandt's
Introduction to the Einstein Toolkit.

We heard a very interesting presentation by Donald Willcox about AMReX,
the infrastructure behind the next generation mesh refinement driver for
the Einstein Toolkit: CarpetX.

Finally lightning talks by Santiago Jaraba, Thiago Assumpcao, and Hayley
Macpherson rounded out the day's events.
