These three repositories (repos/cactuswave repos/einsteinanalysis
repos/lean_public) were left in an invalid state due to previous
failures it seems.

You can manually delete them using

rm -rf repos/cactuswave repos/einsteinanalysis repos/lean_public

and after that GetComponents should be able to download fresh, error
free copies.

Alternatively you can also remove the full failed Cactus checkout ie:

rm -rf Cactus 

and try once more from scratch using the --no-parallel option.
