[Users] reminder: new weekly ET call time

Please be reminded of the new weekly Einstein Toolkit call time of
Thu 8:30am US Central time. The new meeting time will be used starting
this week.

This means the call is 1/2 hours earlier than before the change.

Zoom link and password remain unchanged.
