[Users] DOE INCITE 2023 program

Dear fellow Einstein Toolkit users,

I wanted to bring the DOE INCITE 2023 program to your attention (apologies
if this isn’t news to you!)..

The call for applications to the DOE INCITE 2023 program is open through
June 17 for new proposals and July 22 for renewal proposals. There is an
early career track for PIs that are within 10 years of their PhDs and have
not been PIs in INCITE allocations before. There will be an informational
webinar on June 3 2022.
