[Users] thorn Extract

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the thorn Extract, but I'm encountering an issue with
prolongation in Carpet.

I can use it successfully (i.e. getting the output files .ul, .tl) with the
provided test parfile in

repos/einsteinanalysis/Extract/test/qc0-mclachlan.par


However this has


CarpetRegrid2::num_levels_1         =  1

CarpetRegrid2::num_levels_2         =  1


which is not very useful. If I try to increase the levels to say


CarpetRegrid2::num_levels_1         =  2

CarpetRegrid2::num_levels_2         =  2


I get the error


ERROR from host lhcb02.icc.ub.edu process 0

  while executing schedule bin CCTK_POSTSTEP, routine Extract::Extract

  in thorn CarpetLib, file
/home/tandrade/Cactus/configs/sim/build/CarpetLib/ggf.cc:376:


*  -> The variable "EXTRACT::temp3d" has only 1 active time levels, which
is not enough for boundary prolongation of order 2 *


Similarly, if I activate the thorn and request the output using other
parfiles for binary black holes, I get a similar warning (not error) and
the code produces no output.
