Were there any plans to provide DVDs with the image burned onto them to
avoid having each participant having to download >1GB over a presumably
slow wireless connection in the hotel/conference site?

If not we can likely put the image on a GT local server to maybe make
downloading it from within the GT wireless network faster (likely makes
no difference while in the hotel).
