[Workshop-all] Updates to sample core tracker thorn

Hello all,

I found some issues with the test parameter files in the sample thorn
implementation and have added a table describing what each version
contains to the slides.

To update the code, please do:

cd $HOME/Cactus/arrangements/Introduction/CoreTracker
svn update

cd $HOME/Cactus/arrangements/Introduction/CoreTracker_stages
svn update
