Gitter / Matrix should also work to reach out to all and only requires a GitHub account: https://app.gitter.im/#/room/#EinsteinToolkit_CarpetX:gitter.im Though you should wait until tomorrow to sign up since there will be (should be actually) downtime due to maintenance today and thus registrations today may get lost.
