We have the Waves arrangement currently on carpetcode.org, but have these two thorns also already in EinsteinAnalysis. Which is currently the official version? Should I disable write access to the carpetcode.org version?

The one in EinsteinToolkit (https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/cactus/EinsteinAnalysis/) is the official one, since we split it into sub-repositories for WeylScal4 and Multipoles.
