Comment (by alibeck):

 Created a bugfix that checks whether a given sourcebasedir is a cactus
 directory, and then exit simfactory with the error message:

 "Error: Given sourcebasedir 'xxx' does not contain a Cactus directory"

 The ticket can be closed.
