There is also an unfortunate bug in how we build PETSc and Silo which will leads to errors \(compiler failure with eg libsilhoh5 not found\) when configuring more than once.   
  
The easiest fix for now is to disable \(remove from the thornlist file\) PETSc and Silo \(don’t just comment them out, remove them from the file\). That is assuming you don’t need PETSc or Silo of course.
