[Users] Meeting minutes

Hi,

We will have another meeting designated to the work on the paper, using
the regular Cactus support evo meeting, Wednesday 9am US-central time.
That doesn't mean the evo meeting will be used exclusively for work on
the paper, but you should expect paper-related talk there this week.
