Hello,
I created a bundle for qc0-mclachlan.par, which I compiled using gmake and
intel. In Hopper, the hopper_intel.cfg was very useful to define all
dependencies. I run it live first and it had no problems. I just submitted
a job and will look how the results look like. I can compare them with my
runs in LONI.
Best,
Jose
