[Users] Carpet/MPI Compilation help

There is nothing obviously wrong with these options.

You could open a problem report on trac.einsteintoolkit.org with more
information, e.g. your complete option list, thorn list, run script,
parameter file, all output, etc. – maybe someone will spot something
