[Users] meeting minutes

Present were: Frank, Bruno, Roland, Tanja, Steve, Eloisa, Philipp, Erik

ET workshop:
* if you plan to attend, please send an email to Burno at
bcmsma at astro.rit.edu to get a head count
* the wiki has been updated with information on how to get to RIT and
the booking code for the hotel
* the topics will be as listed on the wiki page
* leaders for each topic:
- cosmology: Eloisa
- Multipatch: Erik & Peter
- scheduler, timelevel handling: Steve
- MHD: Roland, Bruno, Philipp, Tanja (we'll have to designate a
frontperson here)
* there will be a conference fee of $50 per person, payable on the the
first day. RIT will provide receipts and any leftover funds will be
reimbursed at the end of the workshop

ET release:

* aim for Nov 5th ie. after workshop but before Supercomputing conference
* please look at tickets tagged as release critical [1] and also check
if other outstanding tickets should be marked release critical
* announce Carpet repository location change
* new thorns: Outflow, Trigger (needs documentation, Frank will provide)
* please check test wiki page [2] and delete non-exisiting machines and
yourself from machines to which you no longer have access
