[Users] build errors related to util_Table.h and selfwritten thorns

This file is not created automatically in any of my builds. It is
likely that you still have such a declaration in another interface.ccl
file -- can you check?

It may also be good to delete your configuration (not the source tree
-- just the configuration, i.e. the files stored in the configs/...
directory), and rebuild from scratch.
