Hello all,

I would like to suggest to retire the following thorns as was:

* ADMCoupling (possibly)
* ADMMacros (possibly)
* the "old" Tmunu interface (deprecated for two releases by now)

I would like to propose new thorns for the ET (all in incoming):
* CoreCollapseControl (https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1358)
* CartesianCoordiantes (https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1357)
* ZelmaniQuadWaveExtract (https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1356)

We should also clear out the relatively large number of tickets that are
marked "after the release".
