Hello all,

A caveat: Currently most of the day-to-day development of GRHydro
happens in Zelmani. There are a number (2-3 or so) of features in the
Zelmani version of GRHydro that were rejected from inclusion in
GRHydro proper. Since we want those features, they either have to go
into GRHydro after all or Caltech'll need to keep our own branch to
run simulations which of course will then also be the branch where we
do most development.
