Related to the MoL changes there are additional topics that may be of
interest:

* change the flesh and drivers to allow more active timelevels than
interface.ccl's TIMELEVELS
* allow creation of new variables at runtime (ie CCTK_NumVars would no
longer be oonstant)
* have MoL call CCTK_StorageIncrease(2,...) on evolved variables
* consider having Carpet call CCTK_StorageIncrease(3,...) on variables
that are prolongated in time (can this be safely detected?)

Basically: how to simplify time level handling.
