Which version of gcc (c compiler) do you use? Your option list mentions
only 'gcc'. Gcc older than 4.4 doens't support openMP 3.0, of which
collapse is part of.

Since you seem to use gfortran-4.6, chances are, gcc-4.6 is installed
too.
