[Users] Makefile:260: recipe for target 'sim' failed: error in building Einstein Toolkit

Hello Abhishek,

we have seen issues with GitHub in the past where it would return an
empty repository for the ExternalLibraries repositories.

You can check if the directories:

arrangement/ExternalLibraries/BLAS

etc are empty.

If you, you can re-run the GetComponents line and respond with "yes"
when it asks you if it should update existing repositories.
