[Users] Downloading problems

Hi

While downloading the Johnson release, I get the following at the end:

Unable to process .clang-format
Unable to process Carpet/doc
Unable to process EinsteinAnalysis/ADMAnalysis

Summary of Warnings:

Could not checkout module .clang-format


Could not checkout module Carpet/doc


Could not checkout module EinsteinAnalysis/ADMAnalysis

What should I do?
