[Users] Extract thorn

Dear,

my name is Juan Trenado, I am working on some eccentric BBH simulations and
I want to activate the thorn Extract. I have tried putting the code in the
test par files from the repo in my own par files but I couldn't get any
output, I have also tried to run both tests and in both cases I had errors
and the simulation did not even begin. Is there any known issue related to
this thorn?
