[Users] Einstein toolkit access

Dear Einstein Toolkit,

I am an associate professor at Cal State Pomona. I am trying to get access to the tutorials of the Einstein Toolkit.

I do have an ORCID account. However, I received an error when submitting the form that I should enter a correct email address.

However, there is no place to enter the email address.

I've attached the file for you to look over.
