[Users] Static TOV example only with polytropic EOS?

The static TOV example of the Einstein Toolkit seems to be using a
polytropic equation of state. Should we be showing off our
capabilities by letting the entropy evolve?

Also, there seems to be a bit of a confusion regarding the terms
polytype, polytrope, and polytropic. I have no particular preference,
but think we should use the same term everywhere.
