This is an automated email from the git hooks/post-receive script. It was generated because a ref change was pushed to the repository containing the project "Carpet — Adaptive Mesh Refinement for the Cactus Framework <http://carpetcode.org/>". The annotated tag, ET_2013_11_v1 has been created at 62c7bbae740ac09e59f95d9ad4c13fd1ec4cd629 (tag) tagging 58cf9af1453b23e92da26830f638d02e26d699e6 (commit) replaces ET_2013_11_v0 tagged by Frank Löffler on Mon Jan 13 21:49:49 2014 -0600 - Log ----------------------------------------------------------------- create tag ET_2013_11_v1 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iQIcBAABCAAGBQJS1LPeAAoJEOkzpip+I59kGF8QAKzZoGqh7fLOW1SNCUQ9iX1B GnvKcVvmOTijj2N1iEGXUEXDQLnqr5NT8W1y2IVKUcMOTW9UUndGOs78M9yC82GS CioU7qirRRYa/5DiG34RIBYHn+dUTk1s4Ohpso2/60Wa+QisVdAeWfZEojYJTDs1 MweUJajJJ6iFoNPh4AX1IJYA41Idy+exJXqh0WnbXy7KmjnKROpYU6FMGDgC4dBk wc35fGlcc6aDptGQuxRegGFHU77I2+2insOgvkCUw+oMhaGvqVfw7UO51/v8M/rX p54qXV/4JmRLrCHr08Bmj15j692WFQA/k5eg5lxMV25m4fy1Nk7S3bO3yoIGJtdT 9SfKpWZzbAWkBfFvSeMbItQdq+jz9VEuORc4R0xIn/A6fZ7ZPMBLema2BLiqU8Ta 0zzyz0dAk0VOcVdELWoiE6zxzkAiCak8geXW4bEXrTwP+UmRrxGByf2XXnTFOZ5w POVvDxlDiXcymcSFVz4beypjaXe0yq2WRFdqab1SrVeuC6UL5InBRqdbxsNzjJWR /vuaji/bINgV+oc9RasGBd/9IR/0CYC1drrLHt9bL+qvUFrvrOtfWXdpPFRez640 7ZanSX71UPF7cld5QR7OanQCR6r6yb5RzYU/p1uzscEM02464h3XWJjTLcE5jANa 8Z34Dm/fLBl/xoTsouEz =xRSP -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Ian Hinder (2): Carpet: Add restriction sync test (using ML_WaveToy) Revert "Carpet: Disable automatic synchronisation after restriction" Roland Haas (1): Carpet: reduce timestep in restriction to due to CFL limit ----------------------------------------------------------------------- hooks/post-receive -- Carpet — Adaptive Mesh Refinement for the Cactus Framework <http://carpetcode.org/>

Now compatible with latest (ca. December 2013) ET version of Carpet, this version contains a variety of bugfixes related to scheduling, improved code comments, and fixes required for frozen boundary conditions. It also properly links to ADMBase, and converts variables from ADMBase, and takes advantage of standard HydroBase scheduling bins. This code has been verified to agree with the original version of IllinoisGRMHD (which linked against an old version of ET and other Illinois group thorns). For full, dynamical spacetime evolutions, this code now needs at least two more pieces: a T_{\mu \nu} computation routine for plugging in to the RHS of the spacetime metric time evolution equations, and the latest staggered prolongation/restriction operators, which are compatible with the latest Carpet. My next step will be to test with these operators, ported to the latest Carpet by P. Moesta.
