commit/EinsteinInitialData: SamuelCupp: Exact changed to use PreSync. The subroutine linear_extrap_one_bndry was adapted to use PreSync boundary application. Code in Exact/src/boundary.F likely needs to receive the same treatment, but tests don't use this feature.
