#11: Provide more options for job-chaining

It would be nice to be able to add and delete a given number of restarts
to each simulation when using job chaining. For example,
sim add-restarts <sim name> 4
would add 4 restarts to the chain for a given simulation.
Correspondingly, sim del-restarts would delete a given number. You could
also think about adding restarts by total walltime. i.e. say "add 4 days
of runtime" and it would calculate the number of restarts from the
walltime of the existing job.

#10: quiet mode

I would like to be able to use simfactory in a "quiet" mode where it
didn't print a lot of debugging information. Michael has indicated that
he will introduce such a mode, but not make it the default until after
heavy development and debugging has finished.

#8: Unable to do remote submission without configuring your local machine

If you want to store your source tree locally (a good idea) but run on
several remote machines (very common), it is still necessary to create a
machine.ini file for your local machine and fill it with a lot of
irrelevant information. The only information that should be required is
the source base dir to locate the directory to sync.

Currently there is a thornlist specified in the machine.ini file. The
thornlist is not a property of a machine, so it should not be in this
file. Typically, users will have one or two thornlists that they use on
all machines. If there are occasional machines where a particular thorn
doesn't work, the user can include a thornlist entry under that machine
section of their defs.local.ini file.

Currently, the keys "user" and "email" are in the machine.ini files. They
should not be there, as they are not properties of the machine. The model
should be that the user does not have to edit these files at all. Even
worse, these are required keys, so you cannot just delete them.

needed any more.
