- Include inherited variables and parameters in cakernel.ccl.
CreateKrancThorn: Put new InheritedVariables and InheritedParameters in each calc.
GetGridFunctions: Include InheritedVariables in list of grid functions. GetCalculationParameters Include InheritedParameters in list of parameters.
