Log Message: ----------- Tidy up auto-generated documentation after generating it
Some of the autogenerated documentation is ugly and doesn't fit on a standard page. We have to manually tidy this up. Previously this was completely manual, now instead we make it semi-automatic by applying the fixup changes as a patch.
