Log: Addressed referee's comments, mostly typo fixes with a few exceptions:
Moderate/Major changes of note:
- Replaced BSSN eqs. as we had them with a form that agrees with several online sources, incl. Appendix A of Shibata and Taniguchi's BHNS LRR article.
- Moved section 5.7 on grids, symmetries, and boundaries, to 5.1 to make it more in line with refs suggestions
- Removed redundant description of GW extraction techniwues from exampels section, since it does appear in Section 5 already.
