Modified: /trunk/ interface.ccl, schedule.ccl
Log: Remove some dead lines from schedule.ccl. Also, add warnings to interface.ccl. Hold off on using IllinoisGRMHD until semi-staggered prolongation/restriction operators are added to the latest Carpet.
