#346: Detect when --reconfig is necessary ----------------------+----------------------------------------------------- Reporter: eschnett | Owner: Type: defect | Status: new Priority: minor | Milestone: Component: Other | Version: Keywords: | ----------------------+----------------------------------------------------- Cactus sometimes outputs an error message that a configuration needs to be reconfigured. Simfactory should notice this, and then automatically build with --reconfig.

Comment (by knarf):
Would it make sense to let Cactus itself do the --reconfig in those cases?

Comment (by eschnett):
Probably yes.
I think that we decided to not do this at the time because -reconfig did not work reliably (some options got lost). Things may be better now. On the other hand, Simfactory's -reconfig uses the stored option list, whereas Cactus does not do this.
