#2704: Unitialized variable use in Formaline update-git-repo.pl on BeeGFS

When building on BeeGFS the Formaline will output many warnings about unset variables used in a regex, when using `CACTUS_CONFIGS_DIR`. This only happens on BeeGFS which does not support cross directory hardlinks.
