#1798: add backtrace script to cactus utils

Is it worthwhile to have and maintain such a script? We already give the `addr2line` command line at the bottom of each `backtrace.<rank>.txt` file. Plus, often one actually needs to use `gdb` and its `info line *<address>` command (and a core dump) either b/c of address space randomization (laptops) or b/c `addr2line` is older than `gdb`.

Ie. do the benefits outweigh the effort?
