#2862: Update `SpacetimeX/Z4c` robust stability paramete file

The current robust stability test parameter files in [SpacetimeX/Z4c](https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/SpacetimeX/blob/main/Z4c/par/robust-stabi...) is out of date and does not work out of the box.

The pull request [here](https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/SpacetimeX/pull/56) addresses several issues preventing it from working correctly.
