The only ones that do not work with current trunk are the Multirate ones (the last one) so those should be kept back until the MoL multirate issues are resolved.

patches 1--15 were applied. patch 16 requires support by MoL which has not yet been positively reviewed in #839 where progress has stalled.

I updated patch 16 (multi-rate support in GRHydro) and added a test case in patch 17. Will apply tomorrow afternoon (PT) unless there are objections.
