As there is no way to directly specify the prolongation order in the interface.ccl, I have created a Carpet pull request that adds the desired order (3rd) Lagrange polynomial prolongation:

I would like this to be the default prolongation option for IllinoisGRMHD and GiRaFFE, so it would be immediately useful.
