Assuming you mean line 131 of "detect.sh", this is the line I was referring to. This is inside a conditional ``` if [ -n "$HDF5_BUILD" -o -z "${HDF5_DIR}" ]; then ``` so it is not run in the case where HDF5_DIR is set.
