Please see the following commit in the development branch: [https://bitbucket.org/canuda/lean%5C_public/commits/87ec2413906abc8c925be51d...). It makes sure that SelectGroupForBCs are calles before ApplyBCs at CCTK_INITIAL; here’s the relevant diff:
