How to use ORCID to login?
by 王锁宁 12 May '25

12 May '25

I don't find where to use ORCID to login and hope you help me. Online usage  The tutorial server is hosted by the Center for Computation & Technology at LSU.  Our system uses CILogin To login, go to the web server, https://etk.cct.lsu.edu/, and click on the "Sign in with CILogon" button. You will then be redirected to your university and sign on with your university login. If your university is not a member of CILogin, then please obtain a free ORCID account and use that one with CILogin (note that for ORCID to work you must set your email visibility to "Everyone." That's a green eye icon next to your address in settings.).

Meeting Minutes for 2025-05-08
by Lucas Timotheo Sanches 08 May '25

08 May '25

Present: Lucas Timotheo Sanches (Minutes), Bill Gabella, Zachariah Etienne, Leo Werneck, Roland Hass (chair), Keith, Maxwell Rizzo, Johnny Tsao # Upcoming ET Release - We should by now have a feature freeze, have release notes markdown, and make a public announcement of the new release. Roland asked Maxwell Rizzo, the release manager, if we have any of those yet. Maxwell reported that we don't. Roland guided him to look at the previous release notes as a template in order to make the new one. Roland also asked Maxwell if he has a date he's comfortable to make the announcement. Maxwell says he is going to announce it on may 30th. - Some final votes on thorns to be included have been postponed. ## New thorns - Z4C: Probably not making it due to lack of test cases. - BHaHAHA: Review is undergoing, but Zach has not yet heard from the reviewers, one of which (Peter) was away due to medical reasons. Zach says he will contact Steve and Peter to know if there are any updates. - FLRW Solver: A bug has been detected in one of the test cases. Zach has contacted Hayley, which is working on a fix. For this reason, the vote for inclusion has been postponed. - CCE: The most "ready" of all the proposed inclusions. Review has finished and some flash modifications are needed for its tests to be completed. ## Testing on various clusters - Steve reports having started testing on LSU machines. - Roland also reports having started testing. He reported to Zach that some TOVOLA tests are failing, probably due to tolerance issues. Zach says he will take a look. - Johnny reports that he completed the tests on Frontera and needs only to update them to the website. ## Gallery examples: - Johnny was the only one who made progress on this. He reports that he completed 1/4 TOV star runs. He was in contact with the previous runner due to a bug he encountered with the version of CMake being too new. He already fixed the issue. - Roland remarks that all gallery runners will be continuously poked until they have completed their runs. # ET US Summer School, Austin TX, June 9-13 2025 All of the reports below were made by Johnny Tsao. - There will be 21 talks. Pablo will reach out soon again asking for the title and abstract of the talks. - The time table is being produced and will also be sent shortly by Pablo. - There are a total of 29 registered participants, distributed among online and in presence participants. 8 participants and 2 speakers will get travel support. The travel support email was sent yesterday. # Unanswered questions on mailing list There were no questions on the mailing list, but there was an email Roland wanted to attract our attention to. It is time to submit NSF reports. Roland Asks if you have/had a student that is using the ETK to report it to the NSF. # Open tickets sorted by update time 2869: Being reviewed by Steve. Necessary for CCE inclusion. # Tickets ready for review No new tickets
