Hi
Please consider joining the weekly Einstein Toolkit phone call at 9:30 am US central time on Mondays.
Tomorrow's Hangout link will be posted as usual on this list about 15 minutes before the meeting and will be also posted on
https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Main_Page
Central point tomorrow will be the release, expected to be announced tomorrow - as always barring newly developing problems.
This will also be the last meeting hosted by myself. Future meetings will be hosted by Steven Brandt from LSU.

Minutes from the meeting:
- Everyone agreed to release today (and we did!). - The 'master/trunk' branches are "free" again. - Frank reminded everyone that this is now the best time to make large changes within the toolkit, and mentioned some already-made plans within GRHydro and the hydro interface. - Frank distributed Roland's status of the ET school and workshop IMPORTANT: If you did not register yet, do it now, deadline is TODAY. - Eloisa suggested to collect "usage information" about Blue Waters on a dedicated wiki page, but we'll wait on Roland to see if he agrees. (Using Blue Waters seems to involve more 'setup-work' than other clusters, and certainly more than everyone who tried at first thought. The wiki page is an attempt to reduce the setup time during the school.) - In the future, Steven Brandt will host the weekly user calls.
Frank
Hello all,

I have collected the information that I had provided to some of the lecturers and beta testers already via private communication. So far they are on a google doc in the folder used to coordinate the beta testing efforts. I have shared that folder with the beta testers and lecturers.
Yours, Roland

Thanks, Roland.
How about the students? Will they receive this information on the first day? Should we schedule a separate session for getting started with BW, before we move to the exercise parts?
Eloisa
Hello Eloisa, all,
How about the students? Will they receive this information on the first day? Should we schedule a separate session for getting started with BW, before we move to the exercise parts?
Yes this will be made publicly eventually. In particular the handout and the folder that it is in (currently it contains some draft documents which will be removed beforehand) will be made public and the handout will be printed out for the students.
Yours, Roland
