Over night, the RotatingSymmetry* test cases broke. I believe this may be due to a recent correction in Carpet HG that corrected the setup of the reduction mask.

Two other test cases broke as well:
test_tov_carpet bhns_eval
These do not use RotatingSymmetry, but maybe it is the same mask problem?
